Pet Policy

Pets of 75 pounds or less (at maturity) are permitted. A non-refundable fee of $450.00 per pet is required with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per home. Breed restrictions apply. Management reserves the right to exclude unusual and exotic pets (including snakes) at their discretion. Animal control will be notified when an animal is observed running loose in the Community and containment requested. Owners shall be responsible for the health and welfare of their pets. All vaccinations including but not limited to rabies shots shall be current. Owners agree to show evidence of such compliance upon the request of management. Please see addendum B of your lease agreement for additional guidelines regarding pets.
